Call nabu.preproc.alignement.CenterOfRotation.find_shift

Parameters:

• radio_1 (ndarray) –

• radio_2 (ndarray) –

• padding_mode –

• horz_fft_width –

• flip_frame_2_lr (bool) – if True will left-right flip the second frame

• half_acq_cor_guess – The approximate position of the rotation axis from the image center. Optional. When given a special algorithm is used which can work also in half-tomo conditions.
