nxtomo-editor#

The nxtomo-editor widget allow the user to modify some field that can be scalars.

This way it allow minor modifications on an NXtomo when needed.

An ‘automation’ of the edition can be done using the ‘lock’ from the last column. We have one lock per field that can be automated.

If some field are lock then when a new NXtomo arrive to be edited:

  • field lock will not be updated (from the NXtomo value)

  • the dialog will not pop up / be raised

  • if at least one field is locked then the NXtomo arrived will be updated and trigger downstream processing

Note

x_translation and y_translation can be edited. For stitching for example it can be convenient to provide those values and pixel size in order to ease detection of the overlaps. But only scalar values can be provided. If you have non scalar values then for now you must edit it another way (python widget / script…)
