Publish processed data to icat

This widget is expected to be put after the reconstruction of a nabu volume.

It will publish the folder containing the nabu volume to icat with associated metadata and link it to the raw data.

When the scan enter the widget all the field ‘unlocked’ will be automatically updated (beamline, proposal, dataset).

If some values are not findable by tomwer then the user still can provide them manually. If the user went to ‘force’ some values then he can provide them and lock them. In this case they won;t be updated.
