tomwer image-key-editor

Purpose

The image-key-editor application provides a tool to modify the frame type of an NXtomo entry. This is essentially the graphical extension of a feature from nxtomomill patch-nx.

Warning

This only handles NXtomo.

tomwer image-key-editor my_nexus_file nxtomo_entry

Usage

usage: tomwer image-key-editor [-h] scan_path entry

Application to edit (key by key) the 'imagekey' value of a NXtomo ('imagekey'
defines if a frame is a 'dark', 'flat' or a 'projection')

positional arguments:
  scan_path   HDF5File to edit
  entry       Entry to treat

options:
  -h, --help  show this help message and exit
