tomwer scan-viewer

Purpose

The tomwer scan-viewer provides a graphical user interface to browse a scan. From it, you can access projections, darks, flats, and reconstructed slices. Projections can be displayed in their normalized form or unprocessed.

Usage

usage: tomwer scan-viewer [-h] [--use-opengl-plot] scan_path [entry]

Application to browse a given scan

positional arguments:
  scan_path             For EDF acquisition: provide folder path, for HDF5 /
                        nexus provide the master file
  entry                 For Nexus files: entry in the master file

options:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  --use-opengl-plot, --opengl-backend
                        Use OpenGL for plots (instead of matplotlib)

Example

tomwer scan-viewer --scan-path my_file.nx --entry entry0000

tomwer scan-viewer --scan-path path_to_my_scan/
