tomwer nabu

Purpose

The tomwer nabu provides a graphical user interface to call nabu.

Usage

usage: tomwer nabu [-h] [--entry ENTRY] [--output-dir OUTPUT_DIR] [--debug]
                   [--dry-run]
                   scan_path

Application to reconstruct a slice with nabu

positional arguments:
  scan_path             Data file to show (h5 file, edf files, spec files)

options:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  --entry ENTRY         An entry should be specify for hdf5 files
  --output-dir OUTPUT_DIR
                        output directory of the reconstruction(s)
  --debug               Set logging system in debug mode
  --dry-run             Only create the .nabu file and print the configuration
                        used

Example

tomwer nabu --scan-path path_to_my_scan/
tomwer nabu --scan-path path_to_my_scan/ --entry entry0000
