tomwer dark-ref-patch

Purpose

The dark-ref-patch application allows the user to include a serie of dark or / and flat at the end or / and at the end of an acquisition.

This will update the NXtomo entry of the acquisition.

This is basically the graphical extension of a feature from nxtomomill patch-nx

Warning

this only manage HDF5 file

Warning

If a serie of dark / flat already exists then it will be added to the existing one. There is not invalidation made. So if you need first to invalidade some frame please use image-key-editor first.
