tomwer image-key-upgrader

Purpose

The image-key-upgrader application provides a tool to modify a frame key type (e.g., projections, darks) to another type.

Warning

This only handles NXtomo.

Usage

usage: tomwer image-key-upgrader [-h] scan_path entry

Application to edit (group by group) the 'imagekey' value of a NXtomo
('imagekey' defines if a frame is a 'dark', 'flat' or a 'projection')

positional arguments:
  scan_path   NXtomo to edit
  entry       Entry to treat

options:
  -h, --help  show this help message and exit
